Delete Your Account and Data
Auction 45s: Card Game is made by Tricksmith Games, LLC. You can permanently delete your account and the data we hold about you at any time, either inside the app or by email.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Auction 45s: Card Game on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Your account and cloud data are erased and you are signed out of the app.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@auction45scardgame.com with the subject line "Account deletion request". Please include your in-game player name and, if you know it, the device platform (iOS or Android) so we can locate your account. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile and display name
- Game progress, level, coins, and unlocked content
- Cloud saves
- Friends list, inbox, and blocked list
- Online presence record
- Push notification tokens
- Reports you submitted about other players
- Data stored locally on the device, when deleted from within the app
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and subscription records are retained to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations, typically for 7 years.
- Reports submitted about you by other players are retained for moderation purposes.
- Game server logs, which may include your user identifier and match events, expire automatically after at most 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active VIP subscription. Cancel it through the App Store (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) before or after deleting your account to avoid further charges.
